More good news for TFS alumni! Andy McCone and Robert Parks are both finalists in this year’s IFP/Seattle Spotlight Award!

 This year’s finalists are: 
“Bardroom” from Andy McCone
“Dishonesty” from Timothy Watkins
“In The Trunk” from Ben Andrews
“Night Blind” from Robert Parks
“No More for the Road” from Brooke Swaney

Each finalist and the principals from his / her production team will be interviewed by a panel of industry experts and the winner will be announced at a public event on November 12th.

‘Fuel’ (previously ‘Fields of Fuel’ at TheFilmSchool’s partner-in-independent-film-appreciation SIFF this June) is opening soon!

After SIFF and the drop in the alternative fuels market that occurred after the film’s success at Sundance (where it received the Audience Award) the film has been edited down, making it tighter. It has been submitted to the Academy for this year so let’s make these openings a success!

Seattle, WA opening 11/21 at Varsity 3
Austin, TX opening 11/21 at Arbor Cinemas at Great Hills.
